Nope, but I’d love to tell the story. So there was this huge drug smuggling operation in the late 1970s and early 1980s called the blue grass conspiracy (because it was centered around Lexington KY). The feds thought that they had finally caught the suspects Drew Throton and his possie flying into Murray KY airstrip with drugs and tried to apprehend them. By the time they finally got to the landed plane and we’re able to search it, they found it empty except for several empty bottles of motor oil used to mask the scent. The seats of the plane had been removed to make space for a the smuggled cargo, but Thornton and his crew were one step ahead on moving the goods because they were using stolen police radios for intel. It’s now an amazing book you can pick up on amazon. All true.
